About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Manager to join our dynamic team at Antony James Recruitment Ltd. This role requires a proactive and enthusiastic individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to delivering exceptional service to our clients and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and suppliers to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Account Management: Oversee the accounts of current clients, identifying opportunities for upselling and account growth.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team with daily tasks, contributing to the overall achievement of sales targets.
  • Customer Retention: Focus on customer engagement strategies and initiatives aimed at retaining existing clients.
  • Order Processing: Manage and process orders for current clients efficiently.
  • Administrative Support: Perform general administrative duties as needed, including file management, scheduling, and documentation.
  • Team Coverage: Provide cover for staff absences due to sickness or annual leave to ensure uninterrupted service.
Candidate Profile:
  • Experience in customer service and/or account management.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Additional Information:
  • Monday to Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm.
  • £26,000 to £28,000 dependant on experience.
  • Commission structure available.
  • Own transport preferred due to the location of the office.
  • Friendly team.
