Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join our team in England. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the health, safety, and environmental (HSE) performance of our offshore wind farm development project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and approve HSE documentation from suppliers prior to start of work and during execution.
  • Guide and support on HSE strategy, priorities, and improvement plans for the Client Package and Fabrication Team.
  • Execute and follow up on the Supplier HSE Activity Plan based on the Project Baseline Agreement.
  • Conduct supplier assessments according to the relevant activity programme and ad-hoc needs from Packages.
  • Maintain Synergi-structure to hold all relevant HSE data.
  • Assist Fabrication Management with Synergi HSE reporting according to Client reporting guidelines and related follow-up.
  • Participate in suppliers' audits and other relevant activities such as inspections, readiness checks, and FAIs.
  • Initiate Communication Notes in case of breach of contract or regulations.
  • Participate in incident investigations and Ørsted Supplier meetings.
  • Support Client Supplier HSE initiatives and campaigns.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in HSE management, preferably in the energy or construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
