Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our team at Two Hands Preschool. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and education to our preschoolers.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement engaging and educational activities that promote child development and learning.
  2. Provide high-quality care and education to a group of children, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to create a safe and stimulating environment that fosters a love of learning.
  4. Assess and record the developmental progress of each child, providing regular feedback to parents and staff.
  5. Contribute to the development and implementation of preschool policies and procedures.

Requirements

  1. Relevant early years qualification (e.g. Early Years Teacher, Childcare and Education).
  2. Experience of working with children in a preschool or similar setting.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
  5. Commitment to ongoing professional development and training.
