Cost Manager

Your key responsibilities will include assisting on feasibility studies, estimating and cost planning, tendering and procuring, and dealing with post-contract cost variances. You will also be responsible for producing monthly post-contract cost reports and negotiating final accounts.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management services, be professionally qualified (RICS or similar), and hold a degree or HNC level qualification.

**Key Responsibilities:**
* Assist on feasibility studies and write procurement reports
* Estimate and cost plan, including producing and presenting the final cost plan
* Tender and procure, including managing the pre-qualification stage
* Deal with post-contract cost variances and change control processes
* Take personal responsibility for making cost checks and carrying out valuations on larger projects
* Produce monthly post-contract cost reports and present them to the client
* Negotiate and agree final accounts
**Requirements:**
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality cost management services
* Professionally qualified (RICS or similar)
* Degree or HNC level qualification
