About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to join our Payroll team at Creative Support. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective and sustainable operation of our pension schemes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day administration of pension schemes, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Coordinate internal and external pension schemes, including employee and employer payments.
  • Provide employee benefits data for the annual Life Assurance renewal process.
  • Work closely with the Payroll team to ensure accurate and timely processing of pension-related transactions.
  • Develop and maintain a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel) and bespoke Payroll and HR systems (iTrent etc).
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to employees and stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Experience of working within a Payroll environment and in the delivery of pensions schemes.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel) and bespoke Payroll and HR systems (iTrent etc).
  • Ability to work to deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
