Parts Sales Development Representative

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling original automotive parts to garages and crash repair establishments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve maximum results from available sales opportunities.
  • Promote and communicate manufacturer promotions to customers.
  • Identify and acquire new customers to grow the business.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to achieve sales targets.
  • Grow the business user database to ensure long-term growth of the business sales operations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to build customer loyalty.
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure repeat business.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a parts sales environment, either with a main dealer or vehicle manufacturer.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to drive sales growth and meet customer needs effectively.
