Parts Sales Development Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Parts Sales Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting and selling original automotive parts to garages and crash repair establishments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve maximum results from available sales opportunities.
  • Promote and communicate manufacturer promotions to customers.
  • Identify new customers and grow the business user database to ensure long-term growth of the business sales operations.
  • Provide high levels of customer service to build customer loyalty and maintain relationships with existing customers.
  • Plan workload to maximize opportunities and consistently meet and exceed customer needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience in a parts sales environment, either with a main dealer or vehicle manufacturer, and a proven track record of achieving sales results against targets.
  • A confident communicator with the ability to build rapport quickly with customers and deliver the highest level of customer service.
  • The drive to consistently meet and exceed customer needs and close deals effectively.
