Head of Business and Performance

Job Summary:
The Head of Business and Performance will lead the Regulatory Affairs Business Operations team, driving excellence in process development, controlled documentation management, and effective learning programs. This role will oversee the Incubation Hub and lead RSQ initiatives involving GRA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement Global Regulatory Affairs infrastructure, compliance, process, and capability development.
- Lead the Regulatory Business Process Management and Excellence Team, incorporating the wider Centralized Process Team (CPT) and Regulatory Learning & Development dedicated staff.
- Hire, develop, and retain diverse top talent on the team.
- Accountable for the successful oversight and completion of a broad spectrum of regulatory operational activities.
- Develop collaborations with key Regulatory and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Ensure suitable resources and skills are in place to deliver the required continuous improvement culture throughout Global Regulatory Affairs.
- Ensure team's work complies with established practices, policies, and processes.
- Collaborate with the Head of Vendor Governance and Management Regulatory Affairs.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience leading global teams and projects in regulatory or related policies.
- Extensive experience and significant successes setting and directing the regulatory strategy.
- Experience working as a Global or Regional Regulatory Lead.
- Has a strong and established external network of regulatory leaders.
- Extensive experience interacting with regulatory authorities.
- Expert knowledge of the drug development process and global regulatory requirements.
- Organizational design and transformation leadership experience.
