Conference Producer

We are seeking a skilled Conference Producer to join our team at Reed Exhibitions Limited Company. As a Conference Producer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality events across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy that meets the needs of our customers and stakeholders.
  • Event Planning: Plan and execute conferences and events that exceed customer expectations.
  • Speaker Management: Identify, secure, and manage high-profile speakers from leading end-user organizations.
  • Sponsorship and Partnerships: Collaborate with conference sponsors and their customers to ensure the objectives of both exhibitors and visitors are met.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Support the delivery of the visitor audience by assisting with messaging and collaborating with the marketing team.
  • Content Creation: Contribute to the content marketing strategy and tactics for the event by creating compelling content.
  • Exhibitor Support: Collaborate with the sales team to understand the needs of the exhibitor customer and identify sponsorship and new product opportunities.
  • Relationship Building: Build long-term relationships with the publishing community and internal stakeholders in marketing, sales, and operations.
Requirements
  • Experience: Previous experience in conference production is essential.
  • Skills: Excellent organization and multi-tasking skills, ability to research new markets and deliver top-level programs to tight deadlines, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and true team player with effective people management skills.
