In light of a recent internal promotion and the ongoing success of the organization, we are assisting a global manufacturing entity in their quest to recruit a Financial Operations Partner to be situated at their headquarters.

Compensation: Approximately £45,000 - £55,000 annually.

We are particularly keen to engage with ACCA/CIMA finalists or newly qualified accountants who possess experience in manufacturing finance.

Key Responsibilities of the Financial Operations Partner:

  • Generate and evaluate the Operations Profit & Loss statement, pinpointing discrepancies to collaborate with production leaders in enhancing operational efficiencies.
  • Assist in the formulation of monthly, quarterly, and annual operational forecasts.
  • Oversee the relationship with the external Distribution Centre to maximize cost efficiency, which includes regular site assessments and fostering a robust partnership with the service provider.
  • Compile detailed monthly stock evaluations and consolidated UK Sales and Margin reports.
  • Ensure the accuracy of standard costs, analyze variances, and supervise the perpetual inventory process, including the annual stock assessment.

Required Experience:

  • Prior experience in manufacturing finance.
  • Capability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment, coupled with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in advanced Excel functionalities.
