About the Role

Kenton Black Ltd is seeking a skilled Gas Engineer to join our team in carrying out various service and maintenance tasks in social housing properties across the Midlands.

This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary of £36,000 - £38,000 plus bonuses. The successful candidate will be provided with a company vehicle, fuel card, uniform/PPE, and various other company benefits.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Carry out heating maintenance works to ensure the safe and efficient operation of gas appliances.
  2. Perform servicing on domestic gas appliances to maintain their optimal performance.
  3. Respond to breakdown repair works in a timely and professional manner.
  4. Produce certification as required to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
  1. Hold a Full domestic ACS – CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1, MET1 certification.
  2. Have relevant service and maintenance experience in the gas industry.
  3. Possess good knowledge of various gas appliances and their maintenance requirements.
  4. Have experience working in social housing environments.
  5. Hold a Full UK driving license.
