Maintenance Engineer Apprenticeship Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Maintenance Engineer Apprentice to join our team in Rugby, Warwickshire. As a Maintenance Engineer Apprentice, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial site, working on a wide range of mechanical and electrical systems.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to develop their skills and knowledge in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You will work closely with our experienced maintenance team to identify and resolve technical issues, and participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and career prospects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical systems
  • Conduct routine inspections and tests to identify potential issues
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Work collaboratively with the maintenance team to achieve goals and objectives
Requirements
  • NVQ Level 3 or time-served apprenticeship in a relevant field
  • Prior experience in a heavy plant environment is beneficial but not essential
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work at heights and in confined spaces
