**Location:** Remote (with occasional travel)

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Electrical Commissioning Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the commissioning process of electrical systems, ensuring they are installed, tested, and validated to meet the required standards.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the commissioning process of electrical systems, including planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Validate that the commissioning process and results obtained align with requirements.
  • Provide consultative advice on commissioning and performance requirements, commissioning strategies, programmes, scopes of work, and other related matters.
  • Carry out measurements, surveys, and other technical inspections to ensure compliance with relevant requirements.
  • Engage with other team members to improve existing systems and procedures.
  • Hold recognized engineering qualifications, and ideally a Bachelor of Engineering degree.
  • Have detailed technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or building control systems.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Project.
  • Be creative and innovative in approach.
  • Be flexible and dependable in work commitments.
  • Be able to consistently produce high-quality project work.
  • Act safely at all times in compliance with the company's health and safety policy and procedures.
  • Ensure technical compliance and high-quality production of deliverables.
  • Fully adopt the company's project management systems.
  • Maintain an acute awareness of project finances and control expenditure thereof.
  • Develop project-specific commissioning management/validation documents and procedures.
  • Comment on drawings, manuals, and technical submittals.
  • Develop project-specific method statements, test scripts, and other related documents.
  • Aware and report internally on project scope changes.
  • Undertake hands-on commissioning work as necessary.

**Requirements:**

  • Recognized engineering qualifications, and ideally a Bachelor of Engineering degree.
  • Detailed technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and/or building control systems.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Project.
  • Ability to work creatively and innovatively.
  • Flexibility and dependability in work commitments.
  • Ability to consistently produce high-quality project work.
