We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at the Illinois CPA Society. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects and deliverables related to Recovery and Resolution Planning (RRP). This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, where you will have the chance to make a significant impact on our organization's success.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple projects and deliverables related to RRP, including authoring sections of recovery and resolution plans and other regulatory deliverables.
- Project manage the firm's Trading Book Wind Down program through implementation and delivery phases.
- Act as a contact for external regulators and firm's Senior Management with respect to RRP matters.
- Manage assurance work such as capability testing and simulation exercises.
- Participate in industry forums and partner with leadership/divisions to identify, define and document project objectives and requirements.
- Complex program management: Experience executing high priority and complex projects across a large organization by using best-in-class project management skills.
- Drive, motivation, and resilience: Ability to handle multiple tasks, taking initiative to improve own performance while also collaborating with other team members.
- Working knowledge of financial services & experience of regulatory interaction: The candidate should have experience of external regulatory engagement and will oversee external deadlines and deliverables.
