COMPENSATION: Potential to earn over £60,000 (including base salary, OTE, and overtime)

Role Overview: Small Works Fire Engineer
In the role of Small Works Fire Engineer, you will collaborate closely with the Service Operations Manager and the broader branch network to execute 4–8-hour work orders, contributing to additional revenue generation for the company.
- Collaborate with the recommendations team and engineers to identify opportunities.
- Work alongside commercial sellers and Key Account Managers (KAMs) for leads that are not suitable for installation.
- Responsible for preparing quotes for all small works generated through the recommendations team, commercials, KAMs, or other channels such as inquiries from office administration.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and maintaining communication regarding ETAs, timelines, etc. Manage each order (including stock orders) throughout the quotation process until the completion of the work.
- Follow up on recommendations and quotes, ensuring customers comprehend the rationale and positive effects of our upgrades.
- Seek upsell opportunities; for instance, if we are upgrading signaling, consider the potential for a panel upgrade.
WORKING HOURS:
- Weekly working hours
Desired Qualifications:
- Experienced Fire Engineer with extensive knowledge of Fire Alarm Systems
- Capability to lift and climb ladders; having an IPAF 3a & b cherry picker license would be advantageous
- Consistently provide excellent Customer Service
