Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Solicitor to join our dynamic and modern practice, CapeClarke, in Central London.

About the Role: As a Family Solicitor - Director, you will be responsible for leading our Family department and working closely with our team of Family lawyers to deliver exceptional results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of Family lawyers to achieve business objectives and deliver high-quality client service.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and revenue in the Family department.
  • Provide expert advice on family law matters, including ultra-high net worth finance and matrimonial cases.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders to promote the firm's reputation and interests.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in family law and ensure that our practice remains at the forefront of best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Family Solicitor, with a strong track record of success in leading teams and driving business growth.
  • Excellent business development and management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong technical expertise in family law, with a particular focus on ultra-high net worth finance and matrimonial cases.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
