Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Family Solicitor to join our team at LR Legal Recruitment. As a Family Solicitor, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and thriving family department, working with a team of experienced solicitors and paralegals. You will be responsible for handling a range of family law cases, including finance, children, and domestic violence applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing expert legal advice and representation to clients in family law matters
- Handling a range of family law cases, including finance, children, and domestic violence applications
- Working closely with a team of experienced solicitors and paralegals to deliver high-quality legal services
- Assisting in the preparation and presentation of court cases
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other stakeholders
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- 3 years' experience as a family law solicitor with a finance focus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of family law and procedures
