Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Financial Accountant to join our team at CV Screen Ltd. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing accurate and timely financial information to support business decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Process all financial transactions, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and present financial reports, including management accounts, sales reporting, and forecasting.
  • Assist with annual audits, budgets, and forecasts, providing financial information and analysis as required.
  • Maintain internal financial controls and procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in financial processes.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure seamless financial operations and support business growth.
Requirements:
  • Professional accountancy qualification (ACCA, ACA, CIMA, or equivalent).
  • Experience with Sage 50 and bespoke systems.
  • Travel reporting experience is desirable.
  • Competency with a range of Microsoft packages, with advanced Excel skills.
  • Exceptional numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Accuracy with a keen eye for detail and spotting inconsistencies.
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary range: £40,000 to £45,000 per annum DOE.
  • Bonus scheme.
  • Pension Scheme.
  • 25 days holiday per annum plus bank holidays.
Working Arrangements:
  • Hybrid working arrangement: Monday-Friday 9:00am to 5:30pm with an hour for lunch.
  • Remote working options available on Mondays and Fridays.
