About the Company: Our client is a leading provider of specialized services in the Powered Access Industry.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for growing our existing customer base, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services.
- New Business Development: Proactively target new business opportunities, generating leads and converting them into sales.
- Account Management: Evaluate customer needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties to support the sales team.
Requirements:
- Excellent Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues.
- Telesales Experience: Have a proven track record in telesales or sales, with a strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Self-Motivation: Be highly self-motivated and driven, with a strong desire to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
- Time Management: Possess excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
