Job Title: Telesales Executive
Salary: £26,000 to £30,000 per annum (plus commission)
Hours: Monday to Friday, Day Shift
Location: Cannock

Our client, a specialist in the Powered Access Industry, is seeking a Telesales Executive to drive growth within their business. As a Telesales Executive, you will be responsible for looking after and growing an existing database of clients, bringing on new business, and evaluating client requirements to meet their needs through up selling and cross selling.

The company offers hire, maintenance, and training, providing three avenues to develop your pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and grow an existing client database
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Evaluate client needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Perform general administration tasks

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven telesales or sales experience
  • Self-motivated and driven
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Strong decision-making skills
