We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our Corporate Banking efforts in the healthcare sector. As a Corporate Banking Director, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of corporate clients within this sector, driving growth and enhancing our local presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a business strategy to acquire and retain healthcare corporate banking customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with key market professionals and stakeholders, fostering a collaborative network across Buckden Partners.
- Oversee all aspects of risk management, including credit, operational, and regulatory risks, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet proposition, pricing, risk policy, and reporting requirements, driving business growth and profitability.
- Identify and capitalize on new business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to drive revenue growth.
Required Skills/Experience:
- Proven track record of success in corporate banking, with a strong understanding of the healthcare sector and its dynamics.
- Excellent relationship management skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Comprehensive understanding of risk management, with experience in credit underwriting, operational risk, and regulatory compliance.
- Strong business development skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior/executive management and drive business growth.
