Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Head of Housing to lead our initiatives. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our housing strategy, ensuring the delivery of top-notch services to our residents, and promoting ongoing enhancements in our housing operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and inspire the Housing team, cultivating a collaborative and productive work atmosphere.
  • Formulate and execute housing policies and strategies that align with our organizational objectives and comply with regulatory standards.
  • Supervise the provision of housing services, focusing on tenant satisfaction, effective property management, and community involvement.
  • Administer budgets and resources efficiently to maintain financial health.
  • Serve as a primary liaison for residents, stakeholders, and external collaborators.
  • Evaluate and report on housing performance, pinpointing opportunities for enhancement.
  • Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Champion initiatives aimed at improving the quality and accessibility of our housing offerings.

  • Proven experience in a senior housing management position.
  • In-depth understanding of housing laws, policies, and industry best practices.
  • Strong leadership capabilities and team management experience.
