Senior Microsoft Dynamics Implementation Consultant

About the Role

Pearson Carter, a leading Microsoft Gold Partner, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft Dynamics Implementation Consultant to join their team. As a key member of the implementation team, you will be responsible for delivering complex business application transformation projects to clients across various industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement Microsoft Dynamics solutions to meet client requirements
  • Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for clients
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and engagement
  • Integrate Microsoft Dynamics solutions with existing client systems
  • Continuously optimize and improve client ERP infrastructure and processes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Demonstrable experience in application consulting, preferably within a Microsoft Partner environment
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and BC business applications
  • Strong understanding of client relationship management, requirements gathering, and expectation management
  • Proven problem-solving skills with a track record of resolving complex issues in the context of ERP
