About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Orthopaedic Scrub Nurse to join our Theatre team at North Downs Hospital. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and supporting our surgeons during operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert scrub nursing care during orthopaedic procedures
  • Work effectively in a team environment to ensure smooth operation of the theatre
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, anaesthetists, and other healthcare professionals
  • Contribute to the development of our Theatre team and the delivery of high-quality patient care

Requirements

  • NMC registration with no restrictions or conditions
  • Experience in surgical scrub nursing, including orthopaedic procedures
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Flexible and positive attitude
  • A warm, considerate, and empathetic character
