We are looking for an individual with a solid history of facilitating the successful execution and delivery of construction projects valued between £15 million and £45 million, ensuring they are completed within the designated timeframe and budget.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, the ideal candidate should possess extensive technical expertise in intricate substructures, reinforced concrete, and steel frame construction. Additionally, the candidate must be adept at managing both internal and external project components.

Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing the Project Management Plan, ensuring adherence to all site protocols and maintaining accurate records and documentation.
- Ensuring compliance with the Health and Safety Management Plan and BAM's operational procedures.
- Overseeing the implementation of BAM's environmental practices on-site.
- Maintaining a detailed site diary, documenting subcontractor attendance and project progress.
- Ensuring the production and monitoring of quality records to confirm that work meets specified standards.
- Managing and ordering construction materials.
- Utilizing IT tools for on-site quality assurance and digital information management.
- Understanding Building Information Modeling (BIM) and employing field 360 technology.
Essential Qualifications:
- A relevant Health & Safety certification and the capability to perform assigned site management duties.
- A valid driver's license.
