We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Administrator to join our team at Genpact. As an Operations Administrator, you will be responsible for daily processing of operational tasks, ensuring timely completion of workload, and providing excellent client service.
Key Responsibilities- Process daily operational tasks in accordance with service tables and regulatory requirements.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of workload, meeting Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets.
- Raise and respond to client queries and issues in a professional and timely manner.
- Take ownership of actions and ensure accurate completion of tasks.
- Assist with non-standard client requests and highlight any concerns or risks of service failure to Team Leader.
- Work in full compliance with established processes and have a client-focused approach to all activities.
- Assist in the clearance of transactional-related stock and cash breaks and escalate any suspected transactional issues to line manager.
- Ensure timely corrective action of errors to minimize losses and liaise closely with other teams to ensure smooth business processes.
- Participate in ad hoc projects as defined by Team Manager and support team and wider teams in resolution of issues and incidents raised.
- Support the Change team with changes and platform releases and take ownership of own knowledge and development by having a Personal Development Plan in place.
- Desirable would be Investment Operations Certificate (IOC) qualification or working towards.
- The desire for ongoing self-development and experience and understanding of wealth management.
- Working in a multi-functional team and ability to effectively operate in a high volume, service delivery environment.
- Excellent client focus and relationship building and ability to work on time-critical tasks and manage multiple priorities.
- Microsoft Office Suite and strong attention to detail.
- Process improvement awareness and problem-solving skills.
- Shows initiative and ability to work to one's own deadlines without managerial instruction and/or supervision.
