About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our KFC team in Torquay. As a Team Leader, you will play a crucial role in delivering our core operations to the highest standards, working closely with the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) to ensure a dependable and consistent experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Delight our guests by running the shop floor to a high standard, overseeing your team's performance, and supporting management when needed.
  • Be at the heart of our restaurants, setting up and closing shifts, performing admin duties to maintain safety and excellent quality in your restaurant.
  • Become your best self as you train your team, whilst managing projects to identify your own stretch goals with your coach.
