Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of retail professionals to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Develop and implement effective store operations strategies to drive business growth and improve customer experience
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of business plans and initiatives
- Conduct regular team meetings to review performance, set goals, and identify areas for improvement
- Ensure effective use of manpower planning tools to optimize team performance and customer service
