Key Responsibilities- Provide personalized care and support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to deliver care plans and achieve positive outcomes.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care programs, ensuring they are tailored to the individual needs of service users.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- An hourly rate of up to £12.05 (plus 12.07% holiday allowance uplift)
