We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Contracts Manager to join our team at P J Chaffin Limited. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the progression and development of our highways contracts, specifically in the areas of arboriculture and de-vegetation.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the delivery of arboricultural works, ensuring high-quality services are provided to our clients.
- Develop and maintain strong business relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
- Price, plan, and deliver contracts, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
- Collaborate with the Head of Arb to drive business growth and development.
- Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the arboriculture and de-vegetation sector.
- Strong technical and industry knowledge, including commercial processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
- Hold a full UK driving license.
- Desirable: Hold SMSTS qualification or be willing to work towards this.
