Paid Social Manager

We're seeking an experienced Paid Social practitioner to join our team at Assembly Global. As a Paid Social Manager, you'll be responsible for managing a small team of paid social specialists to deliver successful campaign activation across various social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive paid social campaigns, including campaign planning, execution, and optimization.
- Manage complex campaigns through social management platforms, ensuring high standards of delivery.
- Build paid social campaigns and strategies that align with client business objectives and are grounded in solid insight.
- Collaborate with the Account Directors and Head of Department to develop investment-led strategies in paid social to meet client business objectives.
- Actively seek creative and innovative media solutions to drive campaign success.
- Manage, guide, and mentor your team to ensure they're equipped to deliver exceptional results.
- Develop close working relationships with other departments within Assembly to deliver an integrated service to clients.
- Ensure clients are informed of Assembly's sustainability offering and credentials.

Requirements- Confident in managing senior client relationships on key accounts, driving strategy, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Proven experience in planning and activating paid social performance campaigns, working to conversion-specific KPIs.
- Strong technical and data analysis skills, including advanced Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent written and numerical skills, with excellent communication and literacy skills.
- Self-motivated and willing to take on new challenges, with a keen desire to make your mark and pass on your knowledge in an exciting and fast-moving workplace.
