We are seeking a skilled Mechanical & Electrical Building Services Technician to join our engineering team in Hatfield, UK.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and undertaking routine scheduled mechanical and electrical preventative maintenance of plant and/or equipment, monitoring the building management system, and responding to alarm conditions.
Main Responsibilities- Perform routine scheduled maintenance tasks to ensure optimal equipment performance and prevent downtime.
- Monitor and respond to alarm conditions on the building management system.
- Be available for on-call duties on a rotational basis.
- Work with a range of equipment including steam boilers, compressed air systems, air handling units, and backup generators.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the pharmaceutical or highly regulated industry.
- Relevant qualifications as an Electrical and Mechanical Engineer/technician.
