Key Responsibilities:

  • Process learner registrations and certifications using the Quartz system
  • Input candidate details onto Quartz for Continuing Competence provision
  • Manage exam requests, marking, results, and tracking
  • Provide administrative support to the Quality Assurance Team
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
  • Respond to enquiries from members, learners, and other customers via phone and email
  • Handle daily mail duties, including receiving and sending post

Reporting to the Admin Manager, you will take ownership of ensuring efficient customer service, operational delivery, and data management.
