Responsibilities:

  • Managing a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
  • Understanding client requirements and providing suitable insurance solutions
  • Negotiating with insurers to obtain the best terms for clients
  • Handling policy renewals, amendments, and claims efficiently
  • Ensuring compliance with insurance regulations and company procedures

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a similar insurance broking role
  • Excellent knowledge of commercial insurance products and market trends
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in insurance software and Microsoft Office suite

Day-to-day:

  • Communicating with clients to understand their insurance needs
  • Liaising with insurers to obtain quotes and coverage options
  • Reviewing policy documents and providing advice to clients
  • Processing policy changes, endorsements, and cancellations
  • Collaborating with the team to deliver outstanding client service
