HGV Class 1 Trunk Driver Job Description

We are seeking an experienced HGV Class 1 Trunk Driver to join our client's distribution site in Severn Beach, Bristol. The successful candidate will be responsible for trunking trailers around the country, ensuring safe delivery and swapping of trailers, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Trunking trailers around the country
  • Ensuring safe delivery and swapping of trailers
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Following company procedures and completing paperwork accurately
  • Abiding by Health & Safety regulations
Requirements:
  • Valid C+E License
  • Valid Tacho and CPC card
  • No more than 6 points on driving license
  • Minimum 6 months commercial driving experience
Pay and Benefits:
  • Monday to Friday: £19 per hour
  • Saturday: £22 per hour
  • Sunday: £22 per hour
  • Overtime after 48 hours: £22.00 per hour
