We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Intelligence Analyst to join our team at Keoghs, a leading insurance claims company. As a Senior Intelligence Analyst, you will play a critical role in investigating and analyzing complex claims, identifying potential fraud, and developing strategies to prevent and detect fraudulent activity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze suspected fraudulent claims using advanced analytical techniques and desktop systems to research and locate relevant information.
- Compile detailed reports and profiles on individuals and groups involved in suspected fraudulent activity.
- Prepare witness evidence and statements to support court proceedings.
- Utilize advanced IT software applications to produce proactive intelligence reports.
- Deliver structured and detailed briefings to lawyers and clients on key facts related to specific investigations.
- Conduct Intelligence-led fraud risk assessments and investigations.
- Identify strategic opportunities and collaborate with file handling teams to build on these opportunities both internally and externally.
- Liaise with key contacts at insurer clients to discuss trends, risks, and strategic opportunities.
- Achieve daily chargeable targets.
- Supervise junior members of the team and contribute to their competency development.
- Audit team members and provide input on technical development.
- Provide training and development opportunities as required.
- Comply with service level agreements and internal benchmarks.
Requirements:
- Experience in an Intelligence Analyst role with full competence in that role.
- Demonstrable experience in main Motor Fraud work and fraud types, including Credit Hire Fraud, Linked & Organized Fraud, Fixed Fee work, and more.
- Experience in other specialist work, such as Complex claims, Casualty claims, Abuse claims, Commercial litigation, and Healthcare claims.
