Employment Lawyer Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Employment Lawyer to join our client, a well-respected public sector organisation in the North East. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional to continue their professional development, deal with a diverse caseload, and contribute to the development of leading practices.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have previous experience dealing with employment law and providing advice in this area. Our client is open to experience from other sectors, including private practice and in-house.

Key Responsibilities
  • Providing legal advice and support in relation to all areas of employment law
  • Dealing with matters including TUPE, equal pay, unfair dismissal, and redundancy
  • Representing the organisation at employment tribunals
  • Liaising with internal and external clients

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of Employment Law and an ambition to deal with employment law matters within the public sector. Newly qualified candidates will be considered.
