Financial Services Controller

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Controller to join our team at Shakopeemn. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to Cencora Corporate Accounting
- Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with external regulations and internal policies
- Collaborate with the AH Divisional Controller and AH Divisional Financial Reporting & Consolidation Accountant to ensure effective financial management
- Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial reporting and internal controls
- Provide technical accounting guidance to the business and ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures
- ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualification with relevant PQE
- Experience in financial reporting, internal controls, and financial analysis
- Strong technical accounting skills, including US GAAP and Sarbanes Oxley
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
