We are seeking an experienced Clinical Psychologist to join our team as a Lead Clinician. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the development of bespoke assessment and intervention plans for adults with learning difficulties/disabilities, autism, and mental health difficulties.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of clinical services and programs for adults with complex needs
- Lead a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality clinical services
- Collaborate with other professionals to ensure effective service delivery and outcomes
- Develop and implement evidence-based interventions to support adults with complex needs
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans to meet the needs of adults with complex needs
- Post-graduate doctoral level qualification in Psychology (clinical, counselling, forensic)
- Previous experience working with adults or children with intellectual disabilities
- Evidence of continuing professional development relevant to the setting
- Substantial and relevant post-qualification experience with adults and children
- Experience of lecturing/teaching/training
- Full valid UK driving licence and access to a car
- A competitive salary up to £60,000 depending on experience, plus a £3000 Welcome Bonus
- A permanent contract with 52 weeks per annum, 37 hours per week
