About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Solicitor to join our Banking and Finance team in London. As a key player in this team, you will be responsible for advising clients on complex financial transactions, including leveraged finance, debt, and direct lending deals.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage in sophisticated debt structuring and direct lending deals, representing both borrowers and lenders, including private equity sponsors and corporate clients.
* Focus on high-value asset finance transactions, with a particular emphasis on the aviation and rail sectors, advising on the financing of aircraft and rail assets.
* Participate in significant infrastructure and project finance transactions, particularly in the energy, renewable energy, and transport sectors, where we have a strong market presence.
* Work with top-tier financial institutions and private equity firms on fund finance arrangements, offering bespoke advice tailored to each client's needs.
* Handle complex real estate finance transactions, including development finance, investment finance, and large-scale refinancing projects, with a focus on high-value commercial properties.
* Assist clients in financial restructurings, including complex debt restructurings, insolvency, and distressed asset transactions.

Requirements:

* 2-4 years of PQE experience in finance law.
