The dedicated global aircraft finance and leasing practice has extensive experience with transactions involving all types of aircraft and financing structures. The team acts for airlines, lessors, lenders, financial institutions, and investors on commercial and business aircraft finance transactions worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice on commercial aircraft finance, lease, and sale and purchase transactions.
  • Work on multi-billion-dollar new aircraft orders, operating lease and leveraged operating lease finance transactions, tax-structured financings, insurance and guarantee-backed financings, pre-delivery payment financings, and commercial dispute, enforcement, and workout situations.
  • Collaborate with the team to deliver high-quality advice and services to clients.
Requirements

We are looking for a qualified solicitor with experience in aviation finance, between 2-10 PQE. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of commercial aircraft finance and a proven track record of delivering high-quality advice.
