We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Kitchen Assistant to join our team at St Wilfrid's Priory Care Home. As a Kitchen Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of food quality and service for our residents.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and serving of meals, snacks, and drinks to residents
- Understand and promote the philosophy of choice rights and fulfillment for all residents
- Develop relationships with residents to understand their preferences and dietary needs
- Work collaboratively with the Chef/Cook and other kitchen staff to maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment
- Contribute to the overall well-being and quality of life for residents
