Job Title: Welder Fabricator

We are seeking a skilled Welder Fabricator to join our team at Core Staffing Solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for fabricating, welding, and assembling steel frames, doors, and panel variants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Using due care and attention to detail, weld, fabricate, and assemble steel frames, doors, and panel variants to detailed project/product drawings.
  • Undertake the welding, fabrication, and assembly process for steel components and sub-assembly parts used for standard stock requirements.
  • Ensure quality, consistency, and integrity of the weld and fabrication process through all stages.
  • Be proactive within your role and highlight and record any possible issues, problems, or variances during the weld and fabrication process.
  • Ensure all working practices and operation of machinery are conducted within the appropriate company or legislative Health & Safety guidelines.
Requirements:
  • Proficient in welding techniques.
  • Experience in fabricating metal components.
  • Ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools.
  • Understanding of basic mathematics for measurements and layouts.
