About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/Welder to join our dynamic team at Workforce, a reputable company specializing in structural steel and architectural metalwork. As a Fabricator/Welder, you will be responsible for fabricating and welding a range of metal components for various projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Fabricate and weld metal components for structural steel and architectural metalwork projects.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications to ensure accurate fabrication.
  • Operate and maintain fabrication machinery, tools, and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Perform quality checks on completed work to ensure it meets our standards and client specifications.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and project completion.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Fabricator/Welder, preferably in structural steel and architectural metalwork.
  • Competence in MIG and TIG welding techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team.
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
  • Understanding of and commitment to health and safety standards in the workplace.
