Job Title: Business Support Officer

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join our team in Bromsgrove. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide comprehensive and flexible administrative support to our social work team, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Accurately maintain records on our case recording system, Charms, and ensure Business Information Systems are up-to-date.
  • Provide administrative support for adoption panels, reviews, and other key processes, including minute-taking and data analysis.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers, portraying a positive and professional image of Polaris Community.
  • Ensure all email communications and safeguarding calls are recorded and evidenced.
Requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Charms Case Recording System.
  • Strong administration skills, including excellent minute-taking and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to respond to difficult situations.
  • Previous experience in a similar role or a passion for administration and customer service.
