Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately maintain records on our case recording system, Charms
  • Provide administrative support to adoption panels, reviews, and other key processes
  • Ensure Business Information Systems are updated with the results of adoption panels and reviews
  • Act as first point of contact for customers, portraying a positive, professional, and helpful image of the organization
  • Ensure all email communications to staff and external agencies are presented within the guidelines of the company's electronic communications policy

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong administration skills, including excellent minute taking
  • A good understanding of GDPR and the ability to be confidential and discreet about information and data
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage own workload independently
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
