Business Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Business Support Officer to join our team at Polaris Community. As a key member of our administration team, you will provide comprehensive and flexible administrative support to our social work team, ensuring the smooth delivery of our services.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately maintain records on our case recording system, Charms
- Provide administrative support to adoption panels, reviews, and other key processes
- Ensure Business Information Systems are updated with the results of adoption panels and reviews
- Act as first point of contact for customers, portraying a positive, professional, and helpful image of the organization
- Ensure all email communications to staff and external agencies are presented within the guidelines of the company's electronic communications policy
Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong administration skills, including excellent minute taking
- A good understanding of GDPR and the ability to be confidential and discreet about information and data
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage own workload independently
- Excellent oral and written communications skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
