Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Pediatric Dietitian to join our team in a community setting. As a key member of our team, you will work with children from 0-19 years and their families/carers, providing specialist dietetic care and support.

Main Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, planning, delivering, and evaluating patient-centered programs of care to a specialist level. You will work autonomously, managing your own caseload, and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.

You will work with children who are enterally fed, have feeding difficulties, and nutritional issues, including food intolerances and faltering growth. Your expertise will be invaluable in supporting the continuity of care for these children across various settings, including respite and foster care.
