Job Summary

Windsor Forest Colleges Careers is seeking a skilled and experienced Sessional Tutor in Jewellery and 3D Creation to join our team on a term-time basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver a teaching program in Jewellery and 3D Creation, focusing on developing independent learners and facilitating student progression.
  • Adapt teaching methods to meet learners' needs, whether in an online or classroom setting, and regularly monitor and evaluate progress and practice.
  • Promote high levels of student attendance, retention, and achievement.
  • Maintain student morale and discipline both inside and outside of the classroom, in collaboration with college management.

Requirements
