Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Automotive Refinish Specialist to join our team at LVS Coachworks Ltd.

The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, and the role is based in our location.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately and skillfully undertake the preparation and repainting of motor vehicles
  • Fulfill all tasks to the customer's complete satisfaction
  • Detect and diagnose any additional faults for further repair
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer, and industry guidelines
  • Be conversant in the up-to-date water-based paint systems
  • Mix and match paint using computer technology to ensure correct color match
  • Knowledge of blending paintwork is essential
  • Treat vehicles with rust-proofing chemicals where required
  • Safe working in a spray booth to ensure paint is confined to specific areas, ensuring that all legislative requirements are met

Requirements and Qualifications

  • Car painting and technical knowledge, experience in the accident repair industry
  • Skills in applying and using knowledge to ensure work is finished to a high standard
  • IMI Senior Paint Technician or NVQ Level 3 equivalent is an advantage
  • You must have a minimum of four years' experience as a Vehicle Paint Sprayer
