About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our fashion store team in Ripon. As an Assistant Store Manager, you will support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store and take full responsibility in their absence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Store Manager with the day-to-day running of the store
  • Take full responsibility in the Store Manager's absence
  • Inspire and support staff and volunteers to deliver an excellent customer journey
  • Contribute towards the success of the store by ensuring high standards of customer service, achieving targets, maintaining visual merchandising, and maximizing sales
  • Support with the recruitment and development of volunteers
  • Work with the manager to generate stock
Requirements
